Product Description

Add Red Chili to baked fish, roasted vegetables, or scalloped potatoes to add a burst of intense Red Chili flavour. Sprinkle Red Chili onto fresh oysters, lightly sautéed with vegetables, or dust Red Chili onto jumbo shrimp with lemon zest.

Hull the nuts and rub them in a little oil. Toast in the oven at 175°C until lightly browned. Season with chili flake salt.
